Alchefy Privacy Notice

Alchefy stores account email, role, class groups, access status, quotas, assignment progress, terms acceptance, and operational telemetry needed to run the pilot.

Usage telemetry may include feature activity, tutor and assignment calls, timing, errors, and request identifiers. We use it to support users, understand adoption, improve reliability, and protect access.

Teachers can manage their students. System admins can manage teacher access and review pilot operations. We avoid showing student names in analytics where user IDs are enough.

Do not place sensitive personal information into prompts, molecule labels, assignment text, or support messages.
